What happens next
No call centre, no automated funnel. An enquiry comes to us and we answer it.
- 01
A reply within 24 hours
Every enquiry gets an answer inside one working day — including the ones we are not the right firm for.
- 02
A few questions
Which rooms, roughly what area, new build or renovation, and when you want it finished. Enough to know whether we can help.
- 03
A free consultation
We talk it through properly — what is possible, what it involves, and what it is likely to cost.
- 04
A written proposal
Scope, materials and a real number, in writing, before anything is committed.
Helps us answer properly
What to tell us
- Which rooms or spaces are involved
- Roughly how much area, or how many bedrooms
- Whether it is a new build, a renovation, or a single room
- When you would like it finished
- Photos of the space, if you have them
You do not need measurements or a plan. A photo and a sentence about what is bothering you is enough to start.
