Pratheeksha Residence – A Renewed Living Experience in Peyad, Trivandrum

The Peyad residence in Trivandrum was given a refreshing new identity through a renovation that celebrates colour, craftsmanship, and contemporary detailing. Soft pastels blend with warm wooden veneers, while the PU-painted 3D CNC carved paneling becomes a defining feature in the living room, adding both texture and character. Bright showcase units introduce a lively visual rhythm, subtly uplifting the mood of the interiors without overwhelming the space. PPD Blooms Villa – Nature-Connected Luxury in Vattapara, Trivandrum

At this villa in PPD Blooms, Vattapara, the design journey began outdoors, where the natural landscape shaped the concept. The client, an NRI from the US, wanted the home to grow around its existing trees—preserving shade, serenity, and a soulful connection with nature. This led to a calming exterior with a dedicated Buddha zone beside the main tree, anchoring the home in tranquility. Inside, the villa unfolds into a spacious, almost open floor plan tailored for a passionate reader who dreamed of a large personal library. The interiors feature expansive seating areas, generous movement pathways, a beautifully crafted pooja unit, and thoughtfully designed bathrooms and storage spaces. A luxurious dressing closet and a well-planned bedroom suite round out the experience. The result is a home where architecture, interior design, and nature come together, reflecting Turtle Vine Interiors’ approach to modern villa interiors in Trivandrum.

Nedumangad Residence – A Timeless Revival Through Modern Design in Trivandrum

The transformation of this Nedumangad home in Trivandrum began with a simple intention: to preserve its soul while giving it a completely renewed identity. The original house carried a nostalgic charm but had faded over the years. We chose to retain the signature arched windows—an architectural detail too beautiful to erase—and allowed them to become a bridge between the home’s past and its modern rebirth. The new exterior, built exactly as designed, reshaped the house with clean lines, layered textures, and warm materials, instantly elevating its presence and winning the client’s admiration from the very first reveal.

Inside, the spaces open up into a more contemporary rhythm. A cozy reading corner with a warm-toned library wall invites quiet moments, while the living area balances soft neutrals with crafted wooden patterns and a refined TV unit feature. The terrace and outdoor sit-outs embrace earthy materials, greenery, and breezy openness—bringing a calm, resort-like ambience into everyday living. Together, the home feels renewed yet rooted, modern yet soulful—an example of how thoughtful renovation can rewrite a home’s story without erasing where it came from.
